(A) Golf cart vehicles may be operated on streets within the corporate limits of the city, with the exception of North Main Street between Birch Street and Front Street.
(B) Golf cart vehicles may be operated on streets within the corporate limits of the city only for the following purposes:
(1) Most direct route to and from place of storage to golf course;
(2) Most direct route to and from owner’s residence to golf course;
(3) Most direct route to fuel station from owner’s residence or place of storage; and/or
(4) Most direct route to mechanic shop from owner’s residence or place of storage.
(C) Golf cart vehicles shall not be parked or operated at any time on city trails/sidewalks, or any street with a posted speed limit above 25 mph, but may be operated upon such a road in order to cross a portion of the street which intersects a street with a posted speed limit of or less than 25 mph.
