Any persons operating a golf cart vehicle as authorized by this subchapter shall be at least 16 years old and shall possess a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Nebraska or another state. The individual operating the golf cart vehicle shall have proof of liability insurance coverage for the golf cart vehicle while operating such vehicle on a street and shall be provided fo any peace officer requesting such proof.
