§ 54.02 PROTECTION OF WATER.
   The City Council designates a Wellhead Protection Plan for the purpose of protecting the public water supply system. The boundaries of the wellhead protection area were adopted by Ord. 341, adopted on 6-8-2004, based on wellhead protection area map drawn by the State Department of Environmental Quality in September 2003.
