Any adult use or sexually-oriented business existing on the effective date of the adoption of this chapter may be continued subject to the following provisions.
(A) No such adult use or sexually-oriented business shall be expanded or enlarged, except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) A non-conforming adult use or sexually-oriented business shall be required to apply for and receive an adult use license from the city. The city does not require a public hearing before issuing a license for the non-conforming adult use or sexually-oriented business.
