§ 1403.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) No person, firm or corporation shall own or operate an adult use or sexually-oriented business in the city without having first secured a license as provided herein.

(B) Licenses shall be one of two types:

(1) Adult use principal; or

(2) Adult use accessory.
