The City of Henderson owns the premises known as the Henderson Fire Station located at 500 Market Street, Henderson, MN, and is leasing said premises to the Henderson Area Fire District for use as its fire station pursuant to a lease agreement entered into by the city on October 16, 2013 and which is incorporated herein by reference. The terms of the lease shall govern on all issues which pertain to its operation as a fire station, including, but not limited to, maintenance, improvements, insurance, damage or destruction to the premises and termination of the lease agreement.
