(A) It is hereby acknowledged that a Volunteer Fire District joint powers agreement was entered into by the city on January 1, 2013, which abolished the city’s Fire Department. This agreement is incorporated herein by reference.
(B) Said joint powers agreement between the city, Township of Henderson and Township of Jessenland shall govern on all issues such as policy, personnel, administration, mutual aid agreements, ownership of equipment, staffing, funding, acquisition of property and disposition of property in the event of dissolution of the joint powers agreement.
