§ 203.02 APPOINTMENT.
   The city’s Clerk-Treasurer shall be appointed by a majority of the Council and shall serve for an indefinite terms. The Clerk-Treasurer shall be chosen on the basis of clerical and financial qualifications and shall have the necessary experience to perform the duties of the office.
