§ 508.02 DEFINITION.
   An AMUSEMENT ARCADE is hereby defined as any establishment available for public use which utilizes in its operation amusement devices including, but not limited to, pool tables, table tennis, shuffle board or any mechanical or electric amusement device which is commonly, but not necessarily played by the insertion of money or at a fee fixed and charged by the establishment, and whose principal source of revenue is derived from such devices. This definition shall not include bowling alleys.
