§ 501.07 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   (A)   General. No person shall have a vested right in any license or permit, and the license or permit may be suspended or revoked by the Council at any time upon a showing that (M.S. § 507.07, p. 103, as it may be amended from time to time):
      (1)   Any misrepresentation has been made in the application or in any report required of the licensee or permittee; and/or
      (2)   The licensee or permittee has violated or caused to be violated any provision of this part or the applicable state law.
   (B)   Hearing. Except where state statutes provide for mandatory revocation without notice and hearing, and except where state statutes provide for suspension without notice and hearing, the holder of a license or permit shall be granted a hearing as provided by the state’s Administrative Procedure Act, being M.S. Ch. 14, as it may be amended from time to time.
