A. The Lewis and Clark County disaster and emergency services office is designated by the city of Helena as the disaster agency responsible for emergency and disaster preparedness and coordination of response and recovery.
B. The disaster and emergency services office is responsible emergency preparedness, coordination of response to disasters, providing disaster planning and emergency services, and furnishing additional information relating thereto as the state division of disaster and emergency services requires.
