10-2-4: AMERICAN FLAG ILLUMINATION:
The American flag may be illuminated by upward directed light that is focused only onto the flag and by a light source that does not exceed two hundred sixty five thousand (265,000) mean lumens. (Ord. 2964, 6-2-2003)
