The following rate is hereby established for the use of and for service supplied by the Wastewater Facilities of the Village to-wit:
$4.83 Minimum for the first 1,000 gallons per month
$3.22 per each 1,000 gallons over the first 1,000 gallons
A minimum charge of Four Dollars Eighty-Three Cents ($4.83) monthly shall be applied to all users whose water consumption does not exceed one thousand (1,000) gallons monthly.
All non-metered residential users of wastewater facilities shall pay a minimum flat rate charge of Sixteen Dollars Eight Cents ($16.08) per month, except in the event that use of wastewater facilities is determined by the Superintendent to be in excess of ten thousand (10,000) gallons monthly, the Superintendent may require such flat rate user to install metering devices on the water supply or sewer main to measure the amount of service supplied.
The rates established by this Section for use of wastewater facilities provided by the Village shall be effective as of January 1, 2021. Such rates shall then be adjusted effective as of January 1 of each calendar year thereafter to affect an increase of two percent (2%) over the respective wastewater facilities rate applicable for the calendar year immediately prior to such increase.
