(A) There shall be two (2) classes of building sewer permits as follows:
(1) Residential and commercial service.
(2) Service to establishments producing industrial wastes.
(B) In either case, the owner or his agent shall make applications on a special form furnished by the Village.
(C) The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Superintendent. A permit and inspection fee of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250.00) shall be paid for each single family, commercial, institutional/governmental or industrial building to be located inside the Village limits.
