If the Water Department is requested to turn off the water at a location at the customer’s request for the purpose of repairing the water system within the premises served, then the customer shall pay a service charge to the Village Clerk of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for each temporary disconnection performed during regular working hours – Monday through Friday, and Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for each temporary disconnection performed at all other times.
