38-1-4   ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF THE SUPERINTENDENT.
   The Superintendent shall exercise general management and control over the respective department and
   (A)   shall supervise over and be responsible for the conduct and performance of all employees of the department as a Department Head in accordance with the Employee Code, if any.
   (B)   shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter and make such inspections, measurements, and tests as necessary for that purpose.
   (C)   shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the provisions of this Code or by the Village Board.
