The initial term of any escrow agreement shall not exceed one (1) year. If all the required improvements have not been completed by the end of the one (1) year period, the Code Administrator, with the advice and consent of the Village Board, may either extend said escrow agreement for one (1) year only, or may proceed as per Section 34-4-29.
