   The Village Clerk shall be elected pursuant to the provisions of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Chapter 10, regarding municipal elections, and such elected clerk shall hold office for a four (4) year term. (See 65 ILCS 5/3-5-9) (Ord. No. 15-13; 12-08-15)
