1-2-35   CONTROL OF PROPERTY OWNED BY VILLAGE OUTSIDE OF VILLAGE LIMITS.
   All property which (1) is owned by the Village, and (2) lies outside the corporate limits of the Village, and (3) does not lie within the corporate limits of any other municipality, shall be subject to the ordinances, control, and jurisdiction of the Village in all respects the same as the property owned by the Village which lies within the corporate limits thereof. (See 65 ILCS 5/7-4-2)
