An itemized agenda, along with all necessary supporting documentation shall be furnished to each member of the Village Board no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the regular Village Board meeting. In the case of matters of emergency which could not have been reasonably foreseen in sufficient time to comply with this section, a revised agenda shall be furnished to each member of the Village Board prior to the opening of the Board meeting.
