No person shall, within the Village, carry or wear under his clothes, or concealed about his person, any pistol or hand gun, without being the holder of an Illinois Concealed Carry License. Additionally, no person, shall within the Village, carry or wear under his clothes or conceal about his person any sling-shot, cross knuckles, knuckles of lead, brass or other metal, switchblade knife or razor, bowie knife, dirk knife or dirk, dagger or any other dangerous or deadly weapon. This Section does not apply to the officers or members of the Police Department, nor to any Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff or Constable of this State, nor to any United States Marshal.
