24-5-1   ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE; EQUIPMENT OF VEHICLES ADOPTED.
   The Illinois Vehicle Code, Illinois Compiled Statutes, Chapter 625, Section 12, entitled "Equipment of Vehicles", as passed, approved, and amended by the Illinois General Assembly is hereby adopted by the Village and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the Village. (See 625 ILCS 5/12-605, 5/12-605.1; and 5/12-605.2)
