The driver of a vehicle which is in any manner involved in an accident within the Village shall, without unnecessary delay, notify the Police Department and shall make a report of such action. Failure to report an accident within the Village within twenty- four (24) hours shall result in arrests of the person or persons involved. (See 625 ILCS 5/11-415)
