23-3-21   LICENSE FEE.
   The annual license fee per manufactured home park shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and shall be due and payable on or before May 1st of each year. The Village Clerk shall notify the owner or operator of the annual fee at least thirty (30) days prior to May 1st.
