The Plan Commission or the Village Board shall review each application and plan documents submitted. When the application and plan documents are found to be in compliance with the “Manufactured Home Community Code”, as approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Village Board or its designee may issue the proper permit to construct or alter a manufactured home park to the applicant. Permits shall be valid for one (1) year from date of issue.
