The possession and dispensing or consumption by an underaged person of alcoholic liquor in the performance of a religious service or ceremony, or the consumption by an underaged person under the direct supervision and approval of the parent or parents of such underaged person in the privacy of a home is not prohibited by this Chapter. (235 ILCS 5/6- 20)
