21-2-7   CLASSES OF LICENSES; TERM; ANNUAL FEES.
   Licenses as required by this Article shall be divided into six (6) classes as follows:
   (A)   Class “A” License: Taverns.  Class “A” licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises as well as other retail sales of alcoholic liquor. The annual license fee for the Class “A” license shall be the sum of Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($240.00).
   (B)   Class “B” Licenses: Package Stores. Class “B” licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, but which shall not be consumed on the premises where sold. The annual fee for the Class “B” license shall be the sum of Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($240.00). There shall be a limit of one (1) license issued.
   (C)   Class “C” Licenses: Restaurants. A Class “C” license shall authorize a restaurant the retail sale of beer and wine only, which shall only be consumed on the premises, but no package liquor. The annual license fee shall be Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($240.00) and only one (1) license shall be issued.
   (D)   Class “D” Licenses: Restaurants. A Class “D” license shall authorize a restaurant the retail sale of alcoholic liquor which shall only be consumed on the premises, but no package liquor. The annual license fee shall be Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($240.00) and only one (1) license shall be issued.
   (E)   Class “E” Licenses: Sporting Events. A Class “E” license shall authorize a local community organization to sell beer, only across the counter (no package prices) at sporting events for adults. The annual fee shall be Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($240.00). Sales are permitted to begin thirty (30) minutes before and continue for thirty (30) minutes after an event. All sales of beer shall cease at midnight.
   (F)   Licenses: Civic Organizations. Upon application, the Liquor Commissioner is authorized to issue a Class “   ” license for a period of twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) hours to any civic organization which keeps or desires to keep any place selling or offering for sale, or in any manner dealing in any alcoholic liquors. The fee for such license shall be for the sale of alcoholic liquors, the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) for each twelve (12) hours; for more than twelve (12) hours and not more than twenty-four (24) hours within any one (1) day, the fee shall be Two Dollars ($2.00), subject to the provisions of this Chapter.
