(A) Trees, Shrubs, and Flowers. It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to plant any trees, shrub or other plant in the cemetery except those permitted by the general landscape plan approved by the Board. It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to cut down, injure, break or destroy any tree, shrub or other plant growing in the cemetery or to pick, pluck or cut any flower or decorative plant, except as authorized by the cemetery rules.
(B) No planting of shrubbery, flowers or trees will be permitted.
(C) Decorations that interfere with cemetery maintenance will be removed at the discretion of the caretaker or Village Official. Temporary grave markers that are placed on the grave at the time of the funeral will be removed by the caretaker when no longer legible.
(D) The use of vaults will be required for all burials in all Sections. Vaults will be Wilbur or equal. Grave openings in all Sections will be fifty (50) inches deep.
