It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, other than duly authorized officers, officials or employees of the Village to enter or be upon the cemetery grounds during the time after sunset and before sunrise of any day without first obtaining the permission of the Superintendent in charge of the cemetery. It shall further be unlawful at all times for any person to enter or leave the grounds other than by the established entrances or roads.
