10-1-7 GRAVE COSTS FOR OPENINGS AND CLOSINGS.

   The rates for various grave openings and closings are as follows:

   (A)   Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) for opening a grave on a weekday.

   (B)   Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for opening a grave on holidays as described in paragraph (D).

   (C)   Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for cremations, limbs and stillbirths.

   (D)   Sundays and Holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
