No more than one (1) accessory structure of any particular type in addition to the principal building shall be permitted to be placed on any subject lot. This limitation of one (1) accessory structure per lot shall apply when a second accessory structure sought to be placed on the subject lot is of the same type as the first accessory structure placed on such lot. This limitation of one (1) accessory structure per type per lot shall also apply whether the first accessory structure was placed on the subject lot prior to or after the effective date of this limitation.
