No person, firm or corporation shall erect or maintain in the Village any accessory structure as defined in Section 6-2-1 without having first obtained a permit therefor as herein provided. Permits shall be issued by the Zoning Officer for the Village subject to the requirements of Article I of this Chapter. Permits for such accessory structures issued by the Village shall designate the location of the proposed structure upon the subject lot. For the purpose of this Section, an accessory structure shall not include, and no permit shall be required for, a swimming pool which is (a) intended and suitable for temporary installation and seasonal removal and (b) not surrounded or incorporated within a deck, patio or similar permanent structure.
