40-6-10.4   CANOPY OR MARQUEE SIGNS.
   Signs mounted flush on any canopy or marquee shall be considered flush-mounted (wall) signs and shall meet the requirements of Section 40-6-10.1. Signs suspended beneath a canopy or marquee shall be considered projecting signs and shall meet the requirements of Section 40-6-10.3.
