40-4-74   SPECIAL USES.
   The following uses may be permitted as special-uses in the “I- 1” District by special-use permit in accordance with Section 40-10-24, to-wit:
   Any permitted use in the “B-1” or “B-2” Districts. (See Sections 40-4-52 and 40-4-59)
   Churches and related religious facilities.
   Nursing homes.
   Utility substations.
