40-4-58 LOT AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.

   Every principal building erected in the “B-2” Highway Business District shall conform to the requirements indicated below:

   (A)   Minimum Lot Area   20,000 square feet

   (B)   Minimum Lot Width at established building line    125 feet

   (C)   Minimum Lot Depth   120 feet

   (D)   Minimum Setbacks

      (1)   From front lot line   50 feet

      (2)   Total for both side yard lines   50 feet

      (3)   From either side lot line   25 feet

      (4)   From rear lot line   25 feet

      (5)   From side yard abutting street   50 feet

   (E)   Maximum Structure Height   35 feet

   (F)   Maximum Percent Coverage per Lot   50%
