40-4-29   SPECIAL USES.
   The following uses may be allowed in the “MR-1” District by special-use permit in accordance with Section 40-10-24:
   Convenience shops (e.g., small drugstore, food store, laundromat).
   Home occupations.
   Nursing homes.
   Utility substations.
