§ 50.15 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CONNECTION OF UTILITIES.
   That no utilities shall be connected to any property by any person, firm or corporation unless a building permit has been issued by the City of Heath and is posted in a conspicuous place upon the property visible from the front property line.
