§ 50.02 DUTY OF UTILITY COMPANY TO RESTORE STREETS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO ORIGINAL CONDITION.
   Utility companies shall promptly clean up and restore to an approximate original condition, at their own cost, all streets or other rights-of-way which they may disturb in the laying of any utility lines.
