(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, group, organization or club to apply graffiti on any public or private property, right-of-way or transportation infrastructure in the city.
(B) A parent or guardian commits an offense if they knowingly permit or by insufficient control allow a minor to apply graffiti on any public or private property, right-of-way or transportation infrastructures in the city.
(C) A parent or guardian commits an offense if they knowingly provide a minor the aerosol paint, any pressurized device (including clear lacquer), etching instrument of any kind that is capable of being used to create graffiti.
(D) It is unlawful for any minor to possess, without the consent of their guardian, any aerosol paint, any pressurized device (including clear lacquer), etching instrument of any kind that is capable of being used to create graffiti while upon any public or private property, right-of-way, or on any transportation infrastructure within the city.
