§ 130.01 UNLAWFUL TO CONSUME OR POSSESS OPEN CONTAINERS ON STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or possess any open containers of any alcoholic beverage on any public place, street or alley in the City of Heath, Texas.
