§ 55.34 COMPENSATORY ACTION.
   In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this chapter, the city may impose alternative compensatory actions upon a violator, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, and the like.
