The city shall file in the office of the County Clerk any release of lien created under authority of law. The release of lien shall include the following:
(A) Legal description of the property against which the lien is established;
(B) Utility account number for the delinquent charges;
(C) Amount of money received;
(D) Lien filing information including volume and page of county property records.
