§ 33.02 ENFORCEMENT.
   The ordinances of the city and the laws of the state and of the United States shall be enforced by Public Safety Officers, Code Enforcement Officers, Animal Control Officers, Health Inspectors Building Officials and Fire Marshals of the city and each shall have the authority to issue citations for any violations thereof.
