§ 33.36 DISMISSAL DUE TO NEGLECT OR MISCONDUCT.
   Any member of the police force shall be subject to dismissal for neglect of duty or misconduct in office or for the violation of the lawful orders of the City Council, Mayor or Director of Department of Public Safety, or some other officer having authority to command.
