§ 33.22 AUTHORITY TO DESTROY PROPERTY DURING FIRE.
   (A)   In responding and combating an uncontrolled fire, the Director of Public Safety, or the on scene Commander, may authorize reasonable measures to be taken, including the establishment of fire breaks, in order to control the spread of fire.
   (B)   The measures may include the destruction of buildings, structures, fences, crops or other flammable objects.
