(A) The Department of Public Safety of the City of Heath, Texas, may be composed of both volunteer members and/or paid employees, whether full time or part time.
(B) All members, whether volunteer or paid, shall obey all superior officers, whether they are volunteer or paid, and shall comply with all rules and regulations of the Department.
(C) All officers shall ensure fair and impartial direction, leadership and shall ensure discipline is administered to paid employees/volunteer members alike, according to the Department’s rules and procedures.
