§ 33.15 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY CREATED (FIRE).
   (A)   Per the Charter (2004), Fire Chief shall hereinafter be referred to as Director of Public Safety.
   (B)   There is hereby created and established a Department of Public Safety in and for the City of Heath, Texas, for the purpose of preservation of life and property from the ravages of fire and related incidents thereto. The Department of Public Safety is and shall be a full, bona fide department of the city. The department head, entitled as Director of Public Safety, shall report to and coordinate with the City Manager.
