§ 33.01 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

(A) Pursuant to § 8.01 of the City Charter, the City of Heath Department of Public Safety is hereby created to provide fire, police and emergency medical services as required.

(B) All existing references to fire department and/or police department in the city code of ordinances shall be deleted and replaced with Department of Public Safety.

(C) All existing references to fire chief and/or chief of police in the city code of ordinances shall be deleted and replaced with Director of Public Safety.
