§ 132.03 TAKING OFF OR LANDING OF AIRCRAFT.
   It shall be unlawful or an offense for any person operating an aircraft, including a fixed wing aircraft or helicopter, to land the aircraft or take off in the aircraft within the city limits of the City of Heath, except from an authorized airport, landing strip or helicopter pad.
