§ 132.01 PROHIBITIONS TO OPERATING REMOTE CONTROLLED DEVICES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use or operate any remote controlled or radio controlled airplane or other aeronautical device in, upon or in the airspace over any public park or other public property within the city or within 100 feet of another’s residence.
